We pick a spot close to the spigot and at a height that makes reeling comfortable, then mark holes with a level.

We use the right bit for your wall material — masonry, wood, or composite — and drive weatherproof fasteners through the bracket into solid backing.

We snap the reel onto the bracket, check that it swings and locks, and connect the lead hose if the inlet is accessible.

Can you mount a hose reel on brick or concrete block?

Yes. Masonry mounting requires a hammer drill and concrete anchors. We carry both and use anchors rated for outdoor, wet-environment use.

Does the hose come with the reel or do I supply it?

Most reels are sold without the hose. You supply the hose and we mount the reel and connect the inlet lead to your spigot.

Can you mount it on a wooden fence post?

Yes, as long as the post is set in concrete and not rotted. We check the post condition before drilling into it and recommend a wall mount if the post is compromised.
