Assembly & Installation

ProfessionalBicycle Assembly

Online bike orders arrive about 85% assembled, but the remaining 15% — handlebars, front wheel, brakes, and derailleur — requires real mechanical know-how to set up safely. We complete the assembly and tune the brakes and shifters so the bike is ready to ride.

Simple & stress-free

How it works

1

Unbox & assess

We remove the bike from shipping foam, identify what is pre-installed, and confirm no components were damaged in transit.

2

Complete the build

We install all remaining components — wheel, bars, pedals, seat post — in the correct sequence using proper torque for carbon and alloy parts.

3

Tune & test ride

We adjust brakes and derailleurs, check all bolts, and do a short test to confirm shifting is crisp and braking is firm before handing it over.

We can help

Problems we fix

  • Pedals installed on the wrong side — left pedal unscrews itself and falls off
  • Front wheel not fully seated in the fork dropout — dangerous at speed
  • Brake cables not tensioned after initial stretch — spongy stopping power
  • Handlebars installed with stem facing backward

Bicycle Assembly — FAQ

Do you tune the derailleur indexing?

Yes. Proper derailleur adjustment is included. We set the limit screws, index the shifter cable tension, and run through every gear under load before the bike leaves our hands.

Can you assemble an e-bike?

Yes, for e-bikes that arrive partially assembled in the same way standard bikes do. We handle the mechanical build; battery pairing and app setup are usually straightforward and we can walk you through those.

What if a part is bent from shipping?

We inspect for damage during unboxing. Bent derailleurs, forks, or rims are a shipping damage issue. We document it and help you start a claim with the retailer.
