Bookshelf Assembly — FAQ

Does every bookcase need to be anchored to the wall?

Any bookcase taller than about four feet should be anchored, especially in homes with kids or pets. The anti-tip kit is usually included — we always install it.

Can you assemble a built-in-look Billy or Kallax system with multiple units?

Yes. Multi-unit arrangements that span an entire wall are a popular request. We assemble each unit, align them, and anchor the row as a single secure installation.

Do you bring extra cam locks in case some are missing?

We carry a basic kit of common hardware. For unusual sizes we will note them so you can order from the retailer while we finish the rest of the build.
