Good to know

Window Washing (1st Floor) — FAQ

Do you clean both inside and outside?

We clean exterior glass as a standard service. Interior cleaning is included if the homeowner is present to provide access to each room.

What about hard water stains that won't come off?

We use a mineral deposit remover for stubborn calcium or lime buildup. Severely etched glass from long-standing deposits may require polishing compound or glass replacement.

How many windows can you clean in one visit?

A typical first-floor window cleaning for a standard home takes one to two hours. We can give you a more accurate time estimate once we know how many windows you have.

Can you clean windows on a rainy day?

Light overcast is actually ideal — direct sun dries cleaning solution before you can squeegee it off, leaving streaks. Light rain after washing is fine; heavy rain immediately after is not ideal.
