What if I do not have a C-wire?

Many homes lack a dedicated C-wire, but we carry adapter kits that pull power from the HVAC control board, so installation still works cleanly without running new wire.

Will a smart thermostat work with my heat pump?

Yes, but heat pumps need specific wiring. We check compatibility before we start and select the right configuration to support both heating and cooling stages.

Can you set up the geofencing or schedule for me?

We will set up a basic schedule and show you how to adjust it. Geofencing requires your phone's location permission, which you can enable yourself in about two minutes after we walk you through it.

Do I need to be home for the whole visit?

We need access to the thermostat location and your Wi-Fi password. The visit is typically short, so most customers just let us get started and check in at the end.
