Pressure Washing — FAQ

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

We use lower pressure settings for vinyl, wood, and painted surfaces. High pressure is reserved for concrete and masonry where the surface can handle it.

How often should I have my driveway pressure washed?

Once a year is usually plenty for most climates. Humid areas with heavy tree cover may benefit from twice-yearly washes to stay ahead of mildew.

Can you pressure wash a wood deck?

Yes, carefully. Wood decks are washed at low pressure to clean without raising the grain or splintering boards. We recommend sealing the deck after washing.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not necessarily — as long as we can access the outdoor water supply and you've pointed out the areas to clean, we can handle it while you're away.
