How it works

1

Pre-rinse & assess

We rinse everything down and assess what type of cleaning each piece needs — aluminum, resin wicker, and teak all clean a little differently.

2

Scrub & treat

We apply cleaner and scrub problem areas including mildew spots, bird stains, and grimy joint lines.

3

Rinse & dry

We thoroughly rinse all surfaces and position pieces for fast air drying.

We can help

Problems we fix

  • Mildew and black spots on resin and fabric surfaces
  • Green algae coating metal and wicker frames over winter
  • Bird droppings etching into plastic and resin over time
  • Pollen film coating everything yellow in spring
  • Grimy cushion zippers and hardware that won't clean by hand

Good to know

Outdoor Furniture Cleaning — FAQ

Can you pressure wash fabric cushions?

We use very low pressure on fabric to rinse without saturating the foam inside. Stubborn stains on cushions are scrubbed by hand with a soft brush and mild cleaner.

Is this safe for wicker furniture?

Yes for synthetic resin wicker, which handles water well. Natural rattan wicker is washed more carefully — we avoid soaking it to prevent loosening the weave.

Do I need to move the furniture off the deck first?

Not always — we can work around it. Moving pieces to an open area like a driveway or lawn lets us clean all sides more efficiently.

How long until the furniture is dry enough to use?

Most metal and resin pieces are dry to the touch within an hour on a warm day. Cushions with foam cores can take four to six hours to dry fully.
