We pack strands intact as removed. If you want a full test-and-sort before storage, just mention it when booking and we'll add that to the visit.

What happens to broken or non-reusable strands?

We bag them separately and they go out with your trash — or if you want to recycle them, we set them aside so you can drop them at a recycling event.

Do you store the lights too?

Storage is not part of this service — we pack them ready for you to store. If you want them stored on-site in an accessible bin or labeled box, let us know.
