ProfessionalChandelier Installation
A chandelier transforms a dining room or entryway — but they're heavy, awkward, and wired in places that are hard to reach safely. We handle every step: reinforcing the ceiling box, assembling the fixture, getting the drop height just right, and testing each bulb circuit before we leave.

How it works
Check the ceiling support
We open the canopy, confirm the box is rated for the chandelier's weight, and install a retrofit brace if the existing box isn't up to it.
Assemble and hang
We put the chandelier together, adjust the chain or rod for the right height, connect the wiring, and secure everything to the ceiling.
Bulbs, test, and polish
We screw in the bulbs, restore power, test every socket, and wipe down glass or crystal that picked up fingerprints during assembly.
We can help
Problems we fix
- Ceiling boxes rated for only 35 lbs that can't handle a 60-lb chandelier
- Chains that need to be shortened to hit the right height above the table
- Older homes with only two wires — no ground — at the ceiling junction
- Crystal arms that arrive pre-assembled but need individual adjustment after hanging

Chandelier Installation — FAQ
How high should a chandelier hang over a dining table?
The general rule is 30–36 inches from the tabletop to the bottom of the fixture in rooms with 8-foot ceilings, adding 3 inches for each additional foot of ceiling height. We adjust to your preference.
My chandelier weighs 80 lbs — is that a problem?
Not if the ceiling has proper support. We install a heavy-duty fan brace or ceiling medallion support rated for the fixture's weight before hanging anything.
Can you replace just the chain if the chandelier is too low?
Yes — we can shorten chain, swap it for a longer one, or convert to a rigid downrod to hit the exact height you need.
