ProfessionalSink Installation

Installing a new sink — whether drop-in, undermount, or pedestal — involves disconnecting plumbing, modifying the countertop opening if needed, and making watertight connections. We handle the full job: remove old unit, set the new one, and reconnect supply lines and the P-trap so everything drains correctly.

Simple & stress-free

How it works

1

Disconnect and remove

We shut off the supply valves, disconnect drain and supply lines, cut any silicone seal, and lift out the old sink.

2

Set and seal the new sink

We dry-fit the new sink, apply silicone, lower it into position, and secure clips or support brackets according to the sink type.

3

Reconnect plumbing

We hook up supply lines, assemble the P-trap, and turn on the water — running both valves and checking every joint for drips.

We can help

Problems we fix

  • Undermount sinks that separate from the counter when their adhesive fails
  • Drop-in sinks with a different cutout size than the replacement model
  • Old supply lines or P-traps that are too corroded to reuse safely
  • Pedestal sinks that need wall anchoring to stay stable
  • Silicone bead that traps moisture and grows mold when not applied correctly

Sink Installation — FAQ

Will the new sink fit my existing countertop opening?

Drop-in sinks are fairly forgiving in sizing. Undermount replacements need to match closely. We measure and advise before committing — if the opening needs adjustment, we can handle that too.

Do you install vessel sinks?

Yes. Vessel sinks sit on top of the counter and need a specific drain height and often a taller faucet — we ensure the drain and faucet heights work together correctly.

Can I keep my existing faucet?

If it's in good shape and fits the new sink's hole configuration, yes. If the holes don't align or the faucet is worn, we can install a new one at the same visit.
