Simple & stress-free

How it works

1

Identify all holes

We go around the room and fill every visible nail hole and small dent with lightweight spackling compound.

2

Sand flush

After drying, we sand each filled spot level with the surrounding wall so there are no bumps or depressions.

3

Prime the spots

We apply spot primer to all patched areas so they accept paint the same way as the rest of the wall, avoiding flat circles after painting.

We can help

Problems we fix

  • Repaired spots that look shiny or flat under paint because they were not spot-primed
  • Compound shrinking and leaving a slight depression if too much was applied in a single pass
  • Missing holes hidden behind furniture that only get noticed after new paint goes on
  • Anchor holes that are too wide for standard spackling and need a proper drywall patch

Nail Hole Patching — FAQ

Why do my painted-over patches still show after painting?

Unpainted compound is more porous than the surrounding wall and absorbs paint differently, creating dull spots. A coat of primer on each patch before the final paint solves this.

Can you fill holes from toggle bolts or large anchors?

Standard anchor holes are easy to fill. Large toggle-bolt holes may need backing if they are wider than about half an inch; we assess each one on the spot.

How many holes can you do in one visit?

There's no practical limit for a single room or even a whole home. The more holes there are, the more time it takes, but the process is the same throughout.
