How it works
Prep the damaged area
We remove all loose coating back to where it's firmly bonded, fill any concrete defects, and clean the surface of oil or contaminants.
Prime and patch coat
We apply a compatible bonding layer and then the pigmented epoxy repair coat, building up to the level of the surrounding floor.
Topcoat and blend
We apply a finish coat over the patch and feather the edges outward to blend the color into the surrounding floor as smoothly as possible.
We can help
Problems we fix
- Peeling triggered by moisture vapor pushing up from the slab below the coating
- Patches that don't bond because the repair area was not cleaned of oil or tire marks
- Color mismatch between the new patch and the original floor that has faded over time
- Hot tire pickup causing repeated lifting near where vehicles park

Garage Floor Epoxy Touch-up — FAQ
Why is my epoxy floor peeling?
The most common causes are moisture vapor from the slab, oil contamination before the original coat was applied, or hot tires from a freshly driven car softening the coating repeatedly.
Will the patch blend in perfectly?
Color matching epoxy is imperfect, especially on floors that have aged and faded. A patch will blend reasonably well but may be slightly visible under certain lighting.
Can you do a full garage floor recoat instead of just a touch-up?
Yes. If the peeling is widespread, a full strip-and-recoat is often a better value. We can quote both options so you can decide what makes sense for your situation.
